A Georgian Residence at No. 11 Moray Place Edinburgh, is a luxurious bed and breakfast in the centre of Edinburgh city. The accommodation faces south-west and enjoys magnificent views, not only of the private gardens to the front of the house, but also out over the Firth of Forth, from the bedrooms at the back.

The main stair Cupola, one of three in the house, is just one of the interior features.

Where we are: We are only three streets from Princes Street with various well known department stores on one side of the street and magnificent gardens on the other. Walk through the gardens and stop to admire the floral clock (now 100 years old) before visiting the newly refurbished and enlarged National Gallery of Scotland. From there you can continue up the Mound and explore the many features of the medieval town - the castle, St Giles Cathedral, Holyrood Palace and much more. There is a wide range of excellent eating places within a few minutes walk of Moray Place.

The Old Town and New Town were designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. The Old Town includes the Castle, the Royal Palace of Holyrood House, St. Giles Cathedral and the old and new Scottish Parliaments. The New Town was constructed to a single architectural plan between 1750 and 1820. 11 Moray Place, facing south-west, overlooks not only the private gardens to the front of the house but also enjoys a magnificent view over the Firth of Forth from the bedrooms at the back. A key giving access to the gardens and to Lord Moray's Pleasure Garden (17 acres of garden overlooking the Water of Leith) is available for the use of our guests.
